Terms of sale

The site is published by SARL ESD PROTECT, a production unit for biodegradable products and industrial paper conversion, registered at N°11, Lotissement Abane Ramdane, Zouaghi Slimane, Constantine 25021, Algeria.

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are binding as to the nature of the product, but variations in the shade of kraft paper and bamboo — both natural materials — are not defects.

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars, all taxes included, excluding delivery. The volume pricing shown on each product page applies automatically according to the quantity ordered.

ESD PROTECT may change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

An order is recorded as soon as the form is submitted. An order number is issued and allows the parcel to be tracked.

Every order is confirmed by phone within 24 working hours. If the customer cannot be reached after three attempts over two working days, the order may be cancelled.

ESD PROTECT may decline an order in the event of a previous dispute, a clearly incorrect address, or a quantity exceeding available stock.

Payment is made on delivery, in cash, to the courier, when the parcel is handed over. No payment is taken online.

For trade orders an invoice is issued and payment may be made by bank transfer under the terms agreed in the quotation.

Delivery covers all 58 wilayas, to your address or to a pickup point, through a partner carrier. Fees and indicative lead times are shown at checkout for the wilaya selected.

Stated lead times are indicative and run from confirmation of the order. A delay does not give rise to cancellation or compensation unless it exceeds fifteen working days.

The customer must be reachable on the number given. The cost of a second delivery attempt caused by the customer's absence may be charged.

The customer checks the parcel on receipt. Any issue — missing, damaged or incorrect item — must be reported within 48 hours with photographs to +213 551 132 423 or sarlesdprotect@gmail.com.

Where the issue is confirmed, ESD PROTECT replaces the item or refunds it, with no return cost to the customer.

For hygiene reasons, unsealed personal hygiene items cannot be returned or exchanged unless genuinely defective.

Orders customised to the customer's brand are firm and final once the artwork is approved in writing. They cannot be cancelled or returned.

The customer warrants that they hold the rights to the artwork supplied and indemnifies ESD PROTECT against any third-party claim in that respect.

ESD PROTECT's liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages, in particular loss of business.

Products must be used for their intended purpose. The razor blade is a sharp object and must be kept out of the reach of children.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Constantine.
